GARDNERVILLE, Nev. — Fresh Baked Paleo was started locally in Carson Valley by a mother/daughter team Carol Thompson and Julie Combos with a desire to provide wholesome breads and the occasional sweet treat for those on restrictive diets.

All their products are made from scratch and are free of gluten, wheat, grain, dairy and soy.
