These paleo brownies are guaranteed to curb any sweet tooth and leave you satisfied without wrecking your diet or sending your blood sugar on a roller-coaster. So how’s that possible? For starters, these paleo-friendly brownies are grain-free, and perfect for anyone who has a gluten sensitivity[2] or is eating a low-carb diet. Second, they’re sweetened with maple sugar, one of my favorite natural sweeteners[3] that’s a great alternative to refined sugar.
